Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms of Use apply to innvoic.com and the free invoice generator it provides. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don’t, don’t use the site.
What the service is
Innvoic is a free, browser-based invoice generator. You can create invoices, estimates, quotes, proforma invoices, and receipts, download them as PDFs, and keep a history of your documents. There is no account system, no signup, and no watermark on anything you generate. The service is provided free of charge and may change, pause, or end at any time without notice.
Your invoice data stays with you
Everything you type into the generator — invoice details, client names, line items, your logo — is stored only in your own browser’s local storage on your own device. It is never sent to us, never stored on our servers, and never shared with anyone. Because we never receive it, we cannot recover it, export it, or delete it for you. Clearing your browser data will erase it. Keeping backups is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Use the tool for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the generator to create fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting
- Misrepresent affiliation with innvoic.com on documents you create
- Resell access to the tool as a service of your own
We may restrict access to anyone who abuses the service.
No warranty
The tool is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose. Invoice calculations, templates, and reminders are conveniences, not certified financial software.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, innvoic.com and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including, but not limited to, billing errors, lost invoice data, tax filings made on the basis of generated documents, or disputes with your clients. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
This is not tax or legal advice
Nothing on this site — the tool, the articles, the guides, or the reminder templates — is tax, legal, or accounting advice. Tax and invoicing rules differ by country, state, and business type, and they change. You are responsible for setting your own tax rates, checking the rules that apply to you, and consulting a qualified professional when it matters.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, and code belong to innvoic.com unless otherwise noted. Documents you create with the tool belong to you. You may use generated PDFs for your business without restriction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the site operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
