I read every message and usually reply within a couple of days. When reporting a bug, mention your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox…) and what you were doing when it happened — it helps a lot.

Please don’t send sensitive client or financial data by email. Remember: your invoices live only in your own browser, so I can’t see or recover them — but I can help you figure out what went wrong.
